September 25th is the date for our 8th Annual Westchester Community College Respiratory Care Conference. This year the entire program will be delivered in a Zoom webinar format. We are expecting 250-400 online webinar participants. Our advisory group would like to provide vendor opportunities as technology exhibitions are a great source of ongoing education for Respiratory Therapists. 

Our plan is to provide each webinar participant with a list of supporting exhibitors and a summary of their specific technology. Additionally, each exhibitor will provide/deliver a 5 minute live Zoom presentation directly related to the evidence and application of their technology. 

Included in your exhibitor fee is the following:

• A digital logo displayed in all post communications that can be linked directly to the rep's email or the company logo page.  
• Deliver a five minute presentation to be presented to all attendees. 
• Provide a list of all attendees
• As well as participate in the educational day and earn CRCE accreditation if applicable
