ONLINE September 8-11 2020 Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician(FSRT) & Odor Control Technician(OCT) 

Franchise owners and staff can attend training at no cost within the first year of opening their business.  No charge for Top Gun Franchisees & associates or Field Training Partners & associates attending classes.  If these do not apply to you, then: FSRT is $100 or FSRT and OCT are $100.

We will not be offering OCT as a stand alone.

Registering for the class is only the first step. The Rainbow Class confirmation email will provide further instructions to register for the IICRC exams. If you don't receive a Rainbow Class confirmation email from me within 5 minutes of registering, contact me immediately to confirm registration. 

Class materials will be mailed to you the week before class via FedEx to the address you provide during registration.

The email address you provide during registration will receive the following details no less than 2-weeks before class:

• IICRC Exam Registration Instructions (will also be contained in your class confirmation)
• FSRT and OCT Class Link
• Ring Central Meeting Software Download if needed
• Proctor Free Computer Testing Requirements
• IICRC Contact Information
• How to Access Your Exam(s)

Everyone that attends any Rainbow International training, unless you are an Owner or the spouse of an Owner, will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.  Owners and spouses are exempt because this was already disclosed/signed in the FDD and your agreement you signed when you first purchased your franchise.  The NDA is to help protect your franchise and the brand.  This document is from The Neighborly legal team and pertains to all concepts.  Once your employee(s) sign the document, we keep it on file and they will not be asked to sign it again as it applies for the life of their employment with you.  Your employee(s) must sign in order to attend any Rainbow International training.  Click here for the agreement.  Please email the signed copy to stacy.walters@nbly.com.
