January 2022 Business Management Training - In-Person 

There are PREREQUISITES that MUST BE COMPLETED IN ADVANCE to be fully prepared for this training. Please contact your Sure Start Coordinator or Franchise Business Coach for the complete list of prerequisites. **There will be a full virtual class day on January 10th from 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST.**

**Class is scheduled for Monday, January 10th (virtual) and Tuesday, January 25th thru Friday, January 28th.** 

 

Everyone that attends any Rainbow International training, unless you are an Owner or the spouse of an Owner, will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.  Owners and spouses are exempt because this was already disclosed/signed in the FDD and your agreement you signed when you first purchased your franchise.  The NDA is to help protect your franchise and the brand.  This document is from The Neighborly legal team and pertains to all concepts.  Once your employee(s) sign the document, we keep it on file and they will not be asked to sign it again as it applies for the life of their employment with you.  Your employee(s) must sign in order to attend any Rainbow International training. Click here for the agreement. Dress Standards: Uniform not required. 

Please dress in casual business attire (as if calling on customers or prospective customers). Jacket & tie are not required.  Nice pants/skirt (no jeans or shorts).  Nice collared shirt/blouse, preferably Rainbow International shirt/blouse, tucked in pants (no t-shirts).  Belt.  Good shoes (no sandals or flip-flops)

All buildings: Tobacco Free (smoking & smokeless)

Electronic Devices: During class instruction - must be turned off or silenced

You MUST bring a computer, smart phone and/or tablet to class with you every day.

Do not leave classroom during class time: Phone calls and meetings - Plan around class schedule - It's important not to miss any portion of the training classes.

You will be given training materials during class.  Please bring them with you each day.
