Feast of the Seven Fishes

The Culinary Guild of New England is teaming up with Island Creek Oysters, Lower Falls Wine Co., and Hotel Commonwealth, for a Feast of the Seven Fishes, a Southern Italian tradition that has been handed down for generations and is celebrated the world over. ICOB will demo their take on the famous Italian holiday feast with a tidal wave of seafood to sample. Come taste an array of seafood dishes and try your hand at shucking oysters at an oyster shucking station. Tastings of all dishes, wine and hors d'oeuvres included.
