Realign Your Compass Mini-Retreat

When Life Gets Tilted

Our days are busy and rushed. Our obligations are endless. Everything is a priority and life is spinning. There are days we can hardly catch our breath. In the madness and chaos of life, we have lost our self. We have become tilted.

The tilt occurs when our compass has shifted from purpose, meaning and True North to chaos, clutter, and fuzzy thoughts. The tilt is when we stray from our mission and our hearts become heavy. A tilted life is foggy and our zest dulls.

When you feel the tilt of life, then you know it is time realign your compass! It is time to re-center your thoughts, remember your mission, and set your mind on the bigger picture.

Retreat.

Relax.

Realign.

Join me for a mini-retreat at Salt Remedy on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 5pm -7pm. Give yourself a break and invest in your tired spirit to refresh.

At the relaxing Salt Remedy, the ocean air is brought to you with the healing Himilayan salt rooms. You will enjoy 30 minutes of relaxing salt therapy and breathe in the salt air. Take the time to let your worries drift away as you begin to re-center your compass.

During our time together, we will align our thoughts towards our mission and purpose, creating a blueprint for your compass setting. You will learn and apply the method of creating a vision for yourself as well as begin the process of defining your purpose.

You are more than work. You are more than a mom. You are more than ____.

You are a whole person.

Come. Let's realign your compass.
