HFS Hospital Provider User Meeting

After much thought and deliberation, HFS will be hosting our 2021 User Meeting in-person at the Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.   We are optimistic about the COVID-19 situation and believe that by October it will be safe to travel and meet.  Of course, we and the hotel will follow CDC guidelines to comply with COVID safety measures to make sure that every aspect of the meeting is conducted safely.  If you cannot make the meeting, we will share the presentation material afterwards as we have done in the past.  In 2020 we appreciated the support of our virtual User Meeting, and I believe we have all made the best of our virtual get togethers, but we have missed seeing our clients.  We are looking forward to this year’s meeting more than ever and will work hard to put on an informative and enjoyable User Meeting.

Hotel Information

This year we will be staying at the Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. The hotel is very tight on rooms on Monday/Tuesday prior to the conference dates.
