Come to this fun Food Safety workshop and finally cross that Food Safety Plan off of your To-Do list! Join Kali Feiereisel, Food Safety Specialist with the California Alliance for Family Farmers, and the Sierra Harvest Farm Institute, as we explore the impacts of the Food Safety Modernization Act on small farms in Nevada County.    We'll learn Good Agricultural Practices (GAPS) to implement on the farm and, best of all, build customized Food Safety plans for everyone!!!  You'll leave the traning with an up-to-date manual to use on your farm.
