Business Law for Small Businesses: All about Contracts

This crash course on contracts is being offered by SCORE Buffalo/Niagara and the Western New York Law Center (WNYLC).  It will focus on the contractual issues facing small businesses today and include the topics of contract formation, breach of contract, remedies, and key contract provisions. The workshop will also include the review and discussion of several small business contract templates. 

Immediately following the workshop, the SBLC will hold a pop-up legal clinic to allow workshop participants to ask their small business legal questions.

The workshop will be led by John Donner, an attorney with the WNYLC and manager of the Small Business Legal Clinic (SBLC).
