Home In A Day - Gateway Community College

Sponsored by Liberty Bank

Thinking about buying your first home? Come to Home in a Day. You'll get free counseling and lending services, learn how you can buy a home, and get equipped with the tools you need to start your homeownership journey.

On Saturday, October 8th, from 10:00am to 12:30pm, join HDF and Liberty Bank at Gateway Community College in New Haven or a special event. At Home in A Day, you'll get free counseling and lending services, learn how you can buy a home, and get equipped with the tools you need to start your homeownership journey.

Working with one of HDF's experienced Homeownership Advisors, you'll walk away with a FREE credit report and action plan, and you'll find out if you qualify for additional down payment assistance. You'll also have a chance to speak to HDF-approved bank representatives about your options for a first mortgage.

If you're eligible, you may even walk away with a pre-qualification for a first mortgage and for some of HDF's downpayment and closing cost assistance products. Even if homeownership is further away in your future, you'll leave with the knowledge of how to get from wherever you are to #HDFhome.

Past Home in A Day participants overwhelmingly affirm that they are now closer to realizing their dream of  purchasing their own home thanks to the support and guidance of HDF's  counselors and the bankers.

This event is sponsored by Liberty Bank.
