Join NJ IFMA at the Food Service Center of Excellence & Roasting Plant to experience a commercial coffee manufacturing facility and see how coffee is moved through each step of the process to produce a coffee that is perfect in the cup.  The presentation will include the importance of sourcing the best green beans, how and why cupping is so critical for consistent quality and how the master roasters are able to roast coffee precisely to bring out its best flavor characteristics.

TOUR BEGINS AT 4:30 PM SHARP 

After the tour, there will be an opportunity to sample unique coffee using the most on-trend brewing methods such as chemex pour over, cold brew and NITRO coffees.
