Free Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Training 

Children cannot be expected to protect themselves from child abuse.  It is the responsibility of adults to be trainined in child abuse awareness and prevention.  This comprehensive training will empower you to become proactive and an advocate for children.  You will learn about the four major types of child abuse as defined by South Carolina Law; neglect, physical, emotional, and sexual; and how to recognize the clues that children give us, the behavior typlically shown by perpetrators, and how to make a report to the proper authorities when indicated.

 Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
