Jackie Smith is a Human Resources, Learning and Organizational Development professional with over 20 years of experience.  She has worked in a variety of organizations and industries in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. 

Jackie spent the majority of her career as Vice President of CareSource University at CareSource, a Medicaid managed care organization.  She oversaw CareSource University as well as the company’s performance management, succession and goal setting processes. Annually, CSU delivered over 240,000 learning hours, coached 300 leaders, and on-boarded over 1000 new hires.  CareSource University was nationally recognized for 10 years as one of Training Magazine’s Top 125 training organizations, and Chief Learning Officer’s global Learning Elite top 20 learning organizations, with a 16^th ranking in 2019. 

Jackie has also been Principal of Reflections on Learning, a performance-consulting firm and recently  started a new adventure as the 711 Human Performance Wing Enterprise Learning Officer at WPAFB.

Her educational background includes a B.S. Education from Miami University, Ohio and Luxembourg and an M.S. Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia.    In addition, she has served as an adjunct faculty member at Antioch McGregor University and is a certified facilitator in a variety of training and development programs, organizational assessments and Myers-Briggs profiling.  She also serves as a Team Leader facilitating business strategy sessions in countries around the world including Ecuador, Jordan, Guinea and Senegal. Jackie and her husband have two grown children who live in the Dayton area and two dogs that completely run their lives!
