Northern Ontario Housing Expo Thunder Bay 

The 2nd Annual Northern Ontario Housing Expo will take place in Thunder Bay, Ontario on Saturday March 11, 2017 at the Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre. This event gathers together all professionals within the housing market sector in order to help educate, promote, and empower people about housing related resources.

The expo will feature three different components.

Tradeshow Exhibition: All housing related businesses looking to promote their products and services are welcome to purchase a booth. This is an ideal opportunity to position your business as the supplier of choice for all attendees looking for housing related services and products.  Businesses will be able to reach a broad range of target markets all in one place, by crossing paths with industry, property and real estate professionals, urban developers, and social housing providers.  You will also be promoting industry related services to the general public and enhancing your business profile through community marketing.

Social and Business Networking -  This component will include breakfast, lunch and networking opportunities with other businesses, professionals, and customers. This is a great chance to network and check out what the competition is doing. Launch products, generate leads, create brand awareness, and use this block as a base to catch-up with existing clients and meet new ones.  

Housing Breakout Sessions: The expo will include 4 different breakout sessions focusing on various housing related topics in our region.  Through breakout sessions and panel discussions industry related professionals will share their experiences, offer guidance, answer questions and knowledge of the northern housing trade. The objective of these sessions will be to develop strategies and create opportunities to better serve our community.
