Difference in perspectives brings more money to the bottom line than we can imagine. The problem is we’re missing perspective. We’re leaving money on the table! It’s because in most organizations, we’re lacking female leadership at senior levels. We don’t have the gender balance we need to best solve our biggest and most expensive problems. The question is how do we change this paradigm? How do we get more women in senior leadership roles?

Melissa has served on various community not-for-profit boards and currently serves as a director of Special Olympics Indiana, The Finish Line Youth Foundation, Mentoring Women’s Network, and the Indianapolis 500 Festival. She was a recipient of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2013 Women of Influence Award and recognized as the 2012 Human Resources Professional of the Year by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
