Exhibit booths will be open both days, from 7 AM - 4 PM. Booth Set Up is Sunday evening and is first come first serve according to the type of booth you paid for.

Late Payment & Cancellation: A fee of $100 will be assessed for exhibit cancellations. Refunds, minus the $100 fee will be granted if written notification is received by July 1st. 2022.

Exhibitor Equipment:If your booth requires additional equipment other than what is included in the fee, the exhibitor must order and provide it themselves.The hotel may have additional equipment available for a fee that the exhibitor will need to inquire about on their own.

Booth Set-up & Removal:Booths should be completely set up on Sunday afternoon, and should be completed that night. Booth displays must be removed by 5 PM on August 2nd.

Liability:The exhibitor, on submitting the registration form for exhibit space, expressly releases the Kansas Association for Career & Technical Education and its members and representatives from any and all claims of injury, loss, or damage, that may occur to the exhibitor, the exhibitor's employees, or property from any cause whatsoever.
