Golf Tournament:
Our annual Golf Tournament is planned for Tuesday May 15 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sunday River Golf Course. The fee to participate is $50 per person. You may sign up for the tournament when you complete the electronic registration form. To submit the name of a playing partner or foursome or if you have any questions please email the Golf Chair:

Seeking Volunteers:
Once again we are seeking volunteers to assist us during the conference. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and have fun. If you are interested please contact Nancy Kilbride.
Conference Attire:
Business/casual attire is appropriate for all conference activity except for the Wednesday night festivities (more comfortable and warm clothing is suggested). We recommend that you dress in layers to be comfortable during the conference as temperatures tend to vary throughout the hotel.
Community Action: Shaping the New Reality
On behalf of the conference committee, you are invited to participate in this year's conference to be held May 15 - May 18, 2012 at the Grand Summit Hotel at Sunday River Resort in Maine. Last year close to 400 people attended the conference and everyone walked away with new ideas and were energized to take on the day to day tasks of taking care of people through their various programs. The event this year begins Tuesday with a 9 hole golf tournament followed by dinner and evening entertainment . Workshops, keynote speakers and networking opportunities begin on Wednesday and continue through Friday with a tradeshow planned on Thursday.

Lodging Information:
The hotel has various room selections available at the Grand Summit, Jordan and also a few condos. To view the room selections click on the link below.
All CAP agencies from NH, ME and VT must complete the room reservation form which has been provided to the agency contact and Executive Directors. Email or fax the form to the numbers provided on the worksheet. Any questions on lodging should be directed to the hotel.
All others: To reserve a room at the hotel contact them directly at: 1-800-207-2365 and mention the conference with group #84U4WH. Deadline for room reservations is April 17, 2012. Room rates range from $105.00 - $139.00 per night. They have a variety of room styles at the Grand Summit, the Jordan and several condo's. Click on the link below to review the selections.

All conference registrations must be completed electronically - no mailed or faxed forms will be accepted. An individual registration form needs to be completed for each individual. You have the option to pay by check or credit card. Conference registrations are non-refundable but transferable.
If you are a CAP employee from ME, NH or VT, be sure to coordinate with your agency contact for your conference registration and room reservations.
All Agencies: remember to bring your agency basket for the drawing on Friday. Compete with your neighboring collegues - who will have the best basket this year?
