invite you to a Half-Day Retreat at Pinecrest Gardens
Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way:
on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.

Experiential Learning
A half day of experiential mindfulness practices, as taught in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program pioneered by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, will be offered.
“It is the stillness of the mind that brings peace within.”
This is an opportunity for you to take time for yourself… a time to nourish and renew your mind, body and spirit. It is a time to seek stillness and to re-establish balance and harmony in your life.
