Adriana Zarate, Mindfulness Teacher in the South Florida community, will host this month's community class. A Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher from the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School she has completed the MBSR Teacher Development Intensive. Adriana offers workshops on meditation and the benefits of mindfulness practices at the University of Miami UMindfulness and Medical Center, the Center for Social Change in Coral Gables and several other centers.
