Course Objective: You will receive up to date and practical information to keep both the clinician and the client safe. Stressing the essential value of breaking the chain of infection at every level, attendees will return to their offices equipped with practical, clearly defined steps to assure adequate infection control in the dental setting.
Course Description: Utilizing Noel's OSHA designated outreach trainer status, this course includes an update on the OSHA and CDC recommendations. This is a hands-on course that will have you practicing the tips and techniques reviewed in the course. Be prepared to participate.

Course Objective: Upon taking this course Health Care Professionals will be able to
Indentify the special needs of the underserved populations.
Understand the barriers to care.
Formulate strategies to improve access to care.
Design environments for treatment and develop treatment plans.
Course Description: Recognizing and serving the needs of underserved populations are complex tasks. This course helps the medical professional identify the needs of underserved population and the barriers to serving those needs. The attendees will leave equipped with the tools to improved access to care, provide services and preventive measures.
Noel Brandon Kelsch RDHAP is passionate about oral health and has the uncanny ability to motivate and enlighten through her unique humor and cutting edge information. She takes tough subject matter and presents it in such an interesting way that it becomes thought provoking even to those not involved in her industry. She is the infection control columnist for RDH magazine and a syndicated newspaper columnist, published in many books, and brought the message of oral health to networks from Disney Radio to ESPN.
Noel has received many national awards including Colgate Bright Smiles Bright Futures, RDH magazine Sun Star Butler Award of Distinction, USA magaine Make a Difference Day award, Presidents Service Award, Foster Parent of the Year, Hu-Friedy Master Clinician Award and as if that weren't enough, she is also a five time winner of the Castroville Artichoke cook off! Noel is a past president of the California Dental Hygienists Association, board member of the Santa Barbara Ventura Dental Foundation, member and newsletter editor for the Organization for Safety and Asepsis Procedures and Key Organization Leader for: Sunstar America, GC America, Philip Life Style and Kerr Total Care, Hu-Friedy, Orascoptic, Dux Dental and Amerian Eagle.
