Walk Bike Berks Open House

GUESTS:  You are invited to join us for an afternoon to learn about WalkBikeBerks, meet our board of directors, and get to know other members.  If you are not a member yet, the Open House would be a great time to join.  If you simply want to learn more -- well, we would love to talk with you.  If you just want to shop -- there will be vendors from Avon, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Scentsy, Thirty One, and Tastefully Simple.  In addition, we'll be hosting a silent auction with lots of wonderful prizes -- including tickets to the Philadelphia Phillies.

Walk Bike Berks will be holding a silent auction fundraising event during our Open House on Sunday, July 24, from 1-4 PM.  Walk Bike Berks is a 501(c) (3) Non-Profit Charitable Member Organization working to make walking and bicycling safe, practical and convenient in our area.   Walk Bike Berks serves the entire Berks County / Greater Reading Metro area of more than 430,000 residents.  We provide education and encouragement of healthy, active lifestyles; increased transportation choices; and reducing serious injuries and deaths on our streets and in our communities.  

All of the funds raised at the Open House will be used to support Walk Bike Berks's work in our local community.

We're in the process of collecting merchandise for our Open House event, and I'm writing to request your assistance in making our Open House event a success.  By donating an item, you'll be making a tax deductible contribution that will help us continue to help make life better for individuals in need, right here in our community.

Additionally, you'll benefit from exposure of your company's name to those who attend the event.  Your company name, logo, and contact information will be included on our invitation to more than 600 direct contacts in addition to 280 special guests.  Donors are invited to table at the event, and the merchandise you give will be on display through the event. As a donor, you'll be invited to attend the event, so you'll be able to meet prospective customers and even possibly find a few bargains of your own.
