Meet the Emcee

Kyler Spencer, CFP

Kyler provides financial advice and guidance to highly successful individuals. He has been a valuable part of the FSM Wealth team since 2016 when he began as an internal analyst.  Kyler graduated from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance.  

Kyler has been a frequent industry speaker at several NAIFA conferences. He was also appointed to serve as a director on the board in 2021 for NAIFA Illinois, and he continues to serve on the board today. Kyler is also a two-year member of MDRT. Kyler also holds the CFP designation.

Outside of FSM Wealth, Kyler still enjoys playing competitive golf, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Meet the Speakers


Gina Mills began her career with COUNTRY Financial in 1996. Graduating from NAIFA’s Leadership In Life Institute (LILI) in 2009 was the catalyst that began her upward journey in the business. She has been recognized with various awards from COUNTRY Financial and  NAIFA, and a member of MDRT. She has earned the LUTCF, LACP, and RICP designations.

She has offices in Robinson, IL and was the first in COUNTRY to open an Indiana office in Sullivan,  in 2017. Her husband, Bryan works with her as a Production Assistant, and together they have 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Gina’s first love is music and she serves on the Praise Team at church. She also loves baseball (Go CUBS!), camping and traveling.

Carl Zeidler, CFP, MSFS

Carl has been working to provide clients with top-tier financial solutions since 1975. After graduating from college, Carl followed in his grandfather’s footsteps and entered the financial industry. Carl founded Wall Street Financial Group in 1988 and now has offices in Carlinville, Bloomington, and Marion, IL, as well as in Memphis, Tennessee.

Carl has earned many designations and degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois and a Master of Science in financial services degree (MSFS) from The American College. Carl also holds the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL).

In is his free time, Carl enjoys traveling, gardening and making memories with his five children, five grandchildren, and wife, Cynda.

John Zeidler CFP, CPA, MSA

John started his career in 2017 with Wall Street Financial Group, Inc., following in his father’s footsteps. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in 2018 and a Master of Science in Accounting with a focus in taxation the following year.

In 2020, John earned his certified public accountant (CPA) license, and then in 2022 he earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP). He focuses on using his tax knowledge to help his clients make better financial decisions.

He is an active member of NAIFA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). John is also an adjunct professor of finance at Blackburn College in Carlinville, IL. In his free time, he enjoys camping and kayaking with his wife, Kaitlen, and his two daughters, Madi and Luna.
