In this dynamic workshop, Master Massage Therapist Nicole Maisel will lecture & demo all the functions of FEM. Use all your senses as you learn how to use FEM as an ally in your quest to conceive.

• Medicated vs. natural cycles
• Applications of the FEM protocol
• How to utilize FEM safely

You'll leave the session with greater understanding of how & when FEM can best support your family planning. Written materials, demonstrations, Q&A sessions, & fun interactive activities are designed to help you develop your own next steps. 

** Your registration fee of $30 covers attendance for the gestational parent & a partner. Book your first FEM session with Nicole by June 30th, 2019 & we'll apply your $30 towards that session! **

About the instructor: Nicole Maisel graduated from the Cortiva Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2005 & also holds a BS in Psychology and a minor in dance & movement from Curry College. A Master Practitioner at The Well, Nicole has extensive training in sports massage, injury recovery, myofascial release, structural integration, & neuromuscular therapy. She is most passionate about her work with families - from fertility massage through postpartum, Nicole takes a holistic approach that seeks to meet clients where they are &help them achieve their goals. 

Nicole works extensively with the fertility team at Shady Grove hospital to integrate Fertility Enhancing Massage protocol to meet the unique needs & stages of each family. At The Well, Nicole is a leader on our perinatal team, offering fertility enhancing massage, prenatal massage, induction, postpartum massage. She also offers childbirth education & is excited about using self-hypnosis to help clients achieve their desired birth outcomes. 

Fertility challenges can be difficult to talk about & the paths to conception can feel overwhelming. Nicole values all questions & offers frank, direct, & responsible answers to help you build your understanding & confidence.
