Note: Our tournament will include special guidelines focused on your safety and well being.. Below are the things we would like to share with you, so that you know what to expect for arrival, registration and golfing.  We want to make the IFMA Orange County Golf Tournament a wonderful experience for everyone.

• Scheduled tee times will be provided for all players (no shotgun start). Tee times will be between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Tournament players will only be permitted on the premises within 30 minutes of their scheduled tee time. 
  
  
• Each player will be assigned their own golf cart (one player per cart only to maintain distancing) during the tournament. 
  
  
• Tournament is limited to 72 players.  Foursomes are being offered exclusively to tournament sponsors at Gold and Silver levels.  
  
  
• Facility managers wishing to golf on a sponsored foursome can submit a request to IFMA Orange County, and we will work to place you on a foursome.  Both the available sponsor spots and facility manager player spots are offered on a first come, first served basis - no guarantee or express warranty.  
  
  
• For sponsors, the opportunity to have your representatives at a hole to greet golfers is limited to Gold and Title sponsorships only. Because of the limited number of players, plan on 2.5 - 3.5 hours on the course. We will be providing a schedule to these sponsors based on their hole assignment. This will let us have sponsors at holes while IFMA OC golfers are playing through.
  
  
• There is no food service at Oak Creek currently. A takeaway lunch will need to be picked up just before leaving at your tee time.  And, in lieu of a post tournament banquet, a special Virtual Golf Awards program will follow the day after the tournament to announce tournament winners and prize drawing winners.

NOTE: These guidelines are subject to change based on public health advisories. We are compelled to comply with all state, county and city guidelines which we are hopeful may become more flexible as we get closer to the tournament date. Please check back to this page periodically for updates.
