Frank Mauro is former Director of the Fiscal Policy Institute and a senior state legislative staff veteran. Gerald Benjamin is a Political Science Professor, who also serves as Associate Vice President for Regional Engagement and Director of the Benjamin Center at SUNY New Paltz.
