The Tennessee Toast Exhibitor Registration

The American Craft Sprits Association, in partnership with the Tennessee Distillers Guild, invites you to take part in The Tennesee Toast 2017 Craft Spirits Showcase and Silent Auction! Join us the Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 4:30-8:30PM, as we kick off the American Craft Spirits Association Convention's arrival in Nashville on February 16th and 17th.

Purchase a table space and share samples of your spirits and/or pre-mixed products with Nashville, in celebration of craft spirits from Tennessee and beyond. **Only open to distilleries currently distributing in Nashville (Davidson County) Tennessee.** 4:30-6PM is open to VIP ticketed guests who will be coming early to mingle with distillers and sample "premium" pours. Maybe there is something special only sold at your distillery, limited editions or "can't be bought" spirits; now is the time to bring those out! Donate a gift basket to represent your state/distillery for the silent auction - a portion proceeds will go to benefit those affected by the East Tennessee wildfires. Music and Nashville themed bites will be available throughout the evening.

Registration price is $300, $250 for Tennessee Distillers Guild Members.

Doors to the Bell Tower open Wednesday morning, February 15th at 9am. Feel free to come anytime after that to begin setting up. Tables will be set, ready for your arrival. A floorplan will be sent out to participating distilleries before the event with assigned booth numbers. Doors open to VIP at 4:30pm so please plan to arrive early enough to be prepared for guest arrival!

Pop-up banner stands are welcome, but please limit them to no more than 4ft in width.

If you are interested in donating a basket of goodies that represents your state/distillery, please make a note in the comments section, including a contact name and number for more information and donation form. Examples of gift basket items include: signed barrel head, signed bottles, gift shop swag etc. Please be generous as this will add a great element of fun to this event, additional exposure for your distillery/brand and support Gatlinburg, TN as they rebuild their community.

This event is a 21+ event. A valid state/federal photo I.D. is required.
