Throughout the fall, Workforce Planning Hamilton spoke to over 100 local employers of all sizes and from all trades sectors to learn about their challenges in finding skilled trades workers. Attendees will hear the results from our interviews with Hamilton employers. This information builds upon Workforce Planning Hamilton's earlier work on the skilled trades captured in our Under Pressure report. A hot breakfast will be served.
