May 9, 2023 – Single-Family Symposium
Tackling the ongoing challenge of housing affordability in California requires innovative and effective products and services – from financial assistance programs to counseling and education – from supportive infrastructure components to new concepts for construction or equity sharing. Join us at the upcoming Symposium as we explore solutions, share ideas, and discuss experiences and lessons, to drive us towards future success together.

May 10, 2023 – Conference
Since 1917, the lack of affordable housing and homelessness has been at the top of the list of California crisis and many new state programs and laws have been implemented and resources allocated to address these issues. What are they and how effective have they been? Our annual meeting will devote itself entirely to answering these questions. Expect a lively discussion among our presenters and our attendees, and maybe even a ruction or two. (disturbance, uproar)
