Target audience: 
Rheumatology fellows with a clinical or research interest in Spondyloarthritis. Postdoctoral fellows, residents and students engaged sponsored by SPARTAN member. Submission of a research abstract is encouraged but not required. Trainees are encouraged to apply for SPARTAN Membership.

The number of participants is limited. Please do no make any travel arrangements until you have submitted your meeting registration form and received an email confirming your acceptance to attend the symposium.

Research Coordinator Workshop

Cost:
This workshop is free for research staff sponsored by a SPARTAN member. Sponsored participants will be reimbursed for up to two night hotel & airfare up to $500. The registration fee for non-sponsored participants is $200.

We'll leave the hotel by bus 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening for our private yacht dinner cruise exploring Boston Harbor. We will recognize our fellows and enjoy a relaxing evening on the water!

Member Reimbursement

SPARTAN will reimburse ALL members in good standing, $239 plus tax for lodging Friday, May 5 and Saturday, May 6 at the Hotel Marlowe. (Thursday night will also be covered ONLY for fellows and faculty participating in pre-meeting programs on Friday.)

SPARTAN will reimburse up to $500 for domestic coach-class tickets and $800 for International flights (Canada and Mexico)

SPARTAN ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
SPARTAN will reimburse up to $400 for domestic coach-class tickets and $700 for International flights (Canada and Mexico)

TRAINEES
SPARTAN will reimburse up to $500 for domestic coach-class tickets and up to $100 for ground transportation and parking expenses

SPARTAN will reimburse members for airfare and hotel as detailed above only. All incidentals, meals not provided at the Annual Meeting, ground transportation (except for Fellows), baggage fees are the members’ responsibility. To qualify for the reimbursement, attendance at all sessions of the SPARTAN annual meeting is required. Please remember to 'sign-in' and 'sign-out' on a sheet (available at the entrance of the meeting hall) at the start and the end of the day
