Hotel Information - Reservations may be reserved on at this link On Line Registration or by calling the Hilton Garden Inn Salina at (785) 309-0440. You must ask for the Kansas Kiwanis District room rate when calling to register.
The Kiwanis District rate is $109.00 per night.
The deadline for receiving the convention rate at the hotel is Tuesday, 3 July 2018 at 5:00 pm.. After this date, reservations may be accepted on a space and rate available basis only.

Kansas Kiwanis Foundation to Hold Silent Auction
The Silent Auction at the Kansas District Convention held by the Kansas Kiwanis Foundation will be divided equally between the Rock Springs project and the 50th Anniversary Scholarship Fund. Bring an item provided by your club or yourself.
Theme baskets, crafted items or homemade goodies would be great; or your own unique idea. Bring or send your club's donated items to the Conference.
The Young Children Prioty One (YCPO) project for the convention is the USD 305 - Cottonwood Elementary School Food Bank.
Items they would like to stock are nonperishable food items:
canned veggies and fruit, noodles, rice, spaghetti sauce, mac and cheese, etc.
Baby care items:
diapers, baby food, hygiene items
Hygiene items for adults and kids:
shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotion, etc..
This would help not only the USD 305 students but their younger siblings and families that are in need.
This school has a high level of free and reduced lunch families and families that are on the border line of those programs that are going without because they don’t qualify.

Governor Jan Maxwell, Governor-elect Rick Dickman, and the Salina Kiwanis Club invite you to the 2018 Kansas Kiwanis District Convention which will be held 3 - 5 August at the Hilton Garden Inn in Salina, Kansas.. The conference will provide you an excellent opportunity to learn more about Kiwanis with motivational speakers and enlightening breakout sessions on various subjects..

All Conference attendees must register and all must pay the appropriate registration fee.
Please read and follow the registration and payment instructions listed below and on the registration form.
The prefered method for registration is online registration by clicking on the "Register Now!" button above. You may register online without paying online.
Select the pay by check option and then send your check to the District Office at the address listed below. (there is no need to send in a copy of your registration)
Do not complete a separate online registration for spouses. Register Kiwanian spouses under the "Guest" section of the form.
No registration will be accepted without payment for registration fees. Costs of events and meals are not included in the registration fee. You can pay for your registration(s) online with a credit card or PayPal account; or pay with a check sent to the Kansas District office postmarked no later than July 23, 2018.
To pay online, check the "Pay with PayPal or Credit Card" option and click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page where you will be directed to PayPal. You can then pay with your own PayPal account if you have one or pay with a credit card by clicking on the "Don't Have a PayPal Account?" button under the PayPal account sign-in. You will then be taken to another screen where you can enter your credit card information. Be sure to enter your name and address exactly as it appears on your debit or credit card account.
If paying by check, check the "Pay by Check" option and send your check payable to the Kansas District of Kiwanis International for the amount shown to the:
