Attending agents will gain insight into the due diligence review process that attorneys follow in order to help agents know what items to provide to attorneys and when attorneys must receive such information. This will help agents act more effectively for all of the parties involved in a residential real estate purchase and sale transaction.

Course Objectives:

- Know what items to gather together and send to attorneys
- Timelines required for due diligence
- How the agent can act as a more effective partner in the real estate process
