Rev Deborah L. Johnson is the founding minister of Inner Light Ministries in Santa Cruz, California, an omnifaith spiritual community of approximately 2,500. Known for her ability to bring clarity to complex issues with humor, passion, and ease she is the co-founder of The Motivational Institute, and organizational consulting firm specializing in cultural diversity that serves Fortune 500 companies as well as non-profits. Rev Deborah is also a founding member of the Agape International Spiritual Center in the Los Angeles area with her mentor Michael Bernard Beckwith. She holds a BA from USC, an MBA from UCLA, and a ministerial degree from Holmes Institute.
