• New WAHQ members: $225 (includes registration and a one-year WAHQ membership)

Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received after September 12, 2016, will forfeit 50 percent of the registration fee. Substitutions are allowed by notifying continuing-ed@metastar.com.

Materials:
Hard copy handouts will be provided. The 2015 Healthcare Quality Handbook (Janet Brown RN, CPHQ) is not required for this study session but is highly recommended by the session instructor as a study resource for exam candidates.
