• Patient Safety Quality

• The Joint Commission (TJC, formerly JCAHO) and National Committee
  for Quality Assurance Standards (NCQA)
• Basic Statistics for the CPHQ exam

Join health care providers from long term care, acute care, and ambulatory care settings responsible for quality improvement, risk management, health information management, information technology, patient safety, infection prevention, administration, and direct care.

• Current WAHQ members: $225
• New WAHQ members: $270 (includes registration and a one-year WAHQ membership)
• Non-WAHQ members: $290

Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received after October 1, 2018, will forfeit 50 percent of the registration fee. Substitutions are allowed by notifying continuing-ed@metastar.com.

Materials:
Hard copy handouts will be provided. The Healthcare Quality Handbook, 29th edition, 2016 (Janet Brown RN, CPHQ) is not required for this study session but is highly recommended by the session instructor as a study resource for exam candidates.
