About Thomas Casparian

With over 25 years’ experience representing mobile home community owners throughout California, Mr. Casparian counsels clients in mobile home park and other real estate matters including rent control and fair return, litigation, state and local government advocacy, entitlement, development and expansion/infill, closure, redevelopment, MRL and MPA, acquisition, financing, and failure to maintain litigation and prevention.  Mr. Casparian is a trial lawyer and certified appellate law specialist. Tom is annually named a Super Lawyer in Southern California Super Lawyers® (2016-2022), representing the top 5% in a poll of his peers.  Tom serves on the Advisory Board for MHET.
