For over 20 years, Lora has been working with individuals, groups and businesses to help them achieve a Healthy Lifestyle focusing on creating balance in nutrition, wellness and mindset. For Good.™ Lora specializes in Helping Women Crack The Code to Living a Healthy Lifestyle & Loving Their Body.  She personally knows what it feels like to struggle with weight loss, energy and health issues. Through nutrition she’s been able to maintain her ideal weight & get off all medication except for her thyroid meds. Lora is not only trained in nutrition & wellness, she lives this every day of her life. It's her passion! 

 Christin Collins is the System Health and Wellness Strategic Business Partner for Lee Health. Her role is to help align the system’s vision for health, wellness and prevention internally, and within the community. Prior to this, Christin was Senior Director of Development for LMHS Foundation. The main project was the building of Golisano Children’s Hospital of SWFL, where she enjoyed meeting amazing community people who are passionate about supporting the children of our 5 county area.   As well, she was blessed to work with The Optimal Healing Environment within Cape Coral Hospital, which she found exciting and innovative. Through her work at LMHS, she also recently created a new movement, Impact Initiative, which unites strong community leaders to collectively make a difference in the health of our community.

Frank  Jean, LMT Massage Therapy Frank Jean received his Bachelor of Science in Education at Valdosta State College. His life-long interest in health combined with his love of teaching others led him to pursue certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Frank graduated with Honors and the Award of Student Excellence from Florida Academy of Massage. He then received the notable National Board Certification. Frank’s primaryfocus in his practice is Medical Massage. He assists clients with chronic pain, injury-related conditions,and muscle tension symptoms. Frank pursued an additional level of certification as a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner. His compassionate care is evident in his desire to help those in need of pain management and desiring to make lifestyle choices that contribute to improved overall health.

Susan Hegarty,  Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is more than a string of 30 retail thrift stores. It’s Susan Hegarty’s job, as community relations coordinator, to ensure that Goodwill’s mission is as well-known as its stores. Sue came to SWFL Goodwill as an avid donor, following jobs in journalism, publishing, and 8 years as a freelance independent contractor. At Goodwill, Sue says she’s encouraged to find mind and body balance in being an hourly employee again.
