Meet our emcee: John R. Huttner founded David J. Hollinger Associates, an executive search firm in 1970, and Hollinger Jobs, a professional recruitment firm in 1994. The Hollinger group began its 48th year in January 2018 recruiting and providing exceptional talent to the Insurance and Finance Industries. Hollinger has offices in NY/NJ, Naples, FL and three locations throughout the U.S., serving the needs of our clients in all 50 states. John is President and CEO of Hollinger, is a former Membership Chair and an active member of the National Insurance Recruiters Association (NIRA), as well as, a member of the Above Board Chamber, the Chamber of Commerce, the HR Collier chapter of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP), and the Worldwide Employee Benefits Society. Vicki Thomas Tracy Executive Director of Sales and Marketing of theThe Arlington of Naples which is a Lutheran Life Community. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She came to Naples in 1978 when she came to visit her grandparents and never left. Vicky has multiple degrees from Central Michigan and the University of Michigan. Vicki served in many leadership and board roles in a variety volunteer and philanthropic endeavors, with a specific focus on children and seniors. Having raised millions of dollars for “her town”, she is often called upon when a “get it done” person and cheerleader or a chairperson for an event is called for. Vicki ’s name is always at the top of the list when a leader is needed. When calls come for a senior in need of care cheerleader she goes into overdrive as her passion for Senior’s remain her priority. She is the daughter of Darlene Thomas, single mother of 5 children, and married to her devoted husband Steve. You can always find Vicki at the helm or in a leadership role in the community making a difference in someone’s life, be the younger residents or our older one!
Robin Larkin Principal at Performance Management Associates in Naples since 1998. Prior to PMA, Robin worked in management at non-profit and Fortune 100 organizations. PMA helps organizations get results through developing their greatest resource: people. PMA provides management/leadership development, team building, sales and customer service training solutions. Denise Perchall is the Business Development Manager for AccessPoint HR, a full service Professional Employer Organization that specializes in the outsourcing of: Full Payroll Administration, Workers Compensation Insurance, Human Resources Management, Benefits Management, and Workplace Safety for many local businesses while never forgetting the personal element that is fundamental to all business and employment relationships. She has been in the PEO Industry for 19 years, is well versed and offers a cost-effective alternative to local businesses in the aforementioned areas. Prior to the PEO life, she was in the automotive industry for 13 years handling bookkeeping, payroll, benefits, and office administration. She also grew up in an entrepreneur household.
Lori Burke, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP Director of Human Resources at Sunshine Ace Hardware . Ms. Lori Burke has 30 years of diverse human resources experience in public and private sectors across varying industries. She is the Director of Human Resources for Sunshine Ace Hardware with 350 associates. Lori received her Master of Business Administration from Champlain College of Vermont. She is nationally certified in human resources and is a certified trainer in the Everything DiSC Worplace assessment tool.
