2021 OA Fall Fellowship 

Fall fellowship planning is in progress. We will accomplish some work projects to prepare for Spook-O-Ree and have some fun events.

We are always looking for new ceremonialists. If you would like to be part of the ceremony teams, Elangomats, or ordeal master for future ordeals, contact us by email - oa@cimarronbsa.org.

COVID NOTES:  If you have been sick, showing symptoms of, or knowingly been exposed to COVID-19 within 10 days of the event, we encourage you to not attend.  Unfortunately, due to the necessity of ordering food & supplies in advance, refunds will not be available to registrants that are unable to attend.  All attendees will be medically screened upon arrival at camp and may be turned away.  Partial credit can be extended to future fellowships for Ordeal & Brotherhood candidates that are unable to attend.

Fall is upon us.  2021 Lodge Dues are due and 2022 can be paid at any time.  Very few members are current so please bring your dues current to  ensure you stay on our mailing list and get info about events, offers, and happenings.

Chapter meetings will be starting again soon. We encourage you to get involved with your chapter. Our chapters will help take the OA program to the local units. Help us let the OA be a valuable resource for your units.  To find out about the different chapters, drop us a line via email or attend Fall Fellowship to meet your local chapter members.

Lodge elections will be held at Fall Fellowship.  Any lodge youth member is eligible to run for lodge office.  Those interested should send a letter of intent to the Lodge Chief as soon as possible at oa@cimarronbsa.org.

2021 Section Conclave is scheduled for Oct 8-10 at Camp Simpson.  Conclave is a fun filled event which brings together all the Order of the Arrow lodges from across Oklahoma and Arkansas in warm fellowship.  Conclave will feature a visit from a National officer and a full scale Native American Pow Wow.  Many camp activities will be open including shooting sports.  Througout the weekend, there will be opportunities for games to win the coveted Golden Arrow.  More information will be posted on the Section website at sectionweb-oa-bsa.org/sr8/conclave or see the Fall newsletter for a handy QR code.
