Positions Available:

General Managers who are responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the gym, including profitability, asset management, accounting compliance, member satisfaction, public relations, sales and marketing, personnel training and development and development of an annual operating budget. He or she ensures the fiscal effectiveness of all areas and provides leadership to accomplish overall departmental objectives.

Operations Specialists who are responsible for the club’s billing, inventory management, facility oversight, payroll administration and customer service. This person is essentially playing defense and watching the “back of the house”.

Personal Fitness Trainers who are dedicated to motivating and inspiring their clients by creating fun, exciting and safe training programs that are unique to each client's needs. Full Time.

Fitness Managers who oversee and evaluate the personal training team with measured key performance indicators provided daily while educating new members on how to achieve their fitness goals with a logical and low pressure sales process.

Sales Managers whos main responsibility is to ensure the Membership Advisor Team is successful. You will accomplish this by coaching, teaching and training your staff on each Key Performance Indicator they need to master in order to hit your club Membership Units & Revenues goals.

Membership Advisors who are responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external efforts, setting appointments, and enrolling new members while providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members.

Fitness Consultants who ensure that our members receive a top quality experience each time they come to the gym. They work the front desk bringing in revenue and helping the rest of their team.

Marketing & Sales Interns who are responsible to get the message out that The Edge is here! They will work local events, street team and write press releases.
