Part B: Training of Trainers is a training process. It is intended to prepare Trainers to teach the core concepts of CRI’s Course 2, Trauma-Supportive Training. It has been developed to provide a practical introduction to resilience building that will allow Trainers to bring to their circles of influence.

This training for trainers also introduces individuals to CRI’s Trauma-informed facilitators  a trauma-informed instructional framework to effectively and efficiently facilitate the learning process.  The course is designed to help participants to offer practical strategies related to structuring schedules, activities and interactions that can build resilience in your circle of influence.

Trainers are intended to become local “experts,” and, as such, the Trauma-Supportive Training of Trainers is designed to provide a range of print, multimedia and web-based content to support the role.
