2022 Joint VASITE/WDCSITE/YPT - Audi Field Meeting

LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR ATTENDANCE NEXT YEAR!

On July 13, 2022, WDCSITE will join our colleagues from VASITE and YPT for a technical event and soccer match at Washington D.C.'s sports arena, Audi Field in Buzzard Point! The event will include technical presentations, appetizers, beverages, and tickets to the match afterwards, all on site at the stadium!

This meeting is an excellent opportunity to meet and network with fellow members of WDCSITE, VASITE, and YPT while exploring one of D.C.'s newest entertainment venues. Our meeting and presentations will take place in the Director's Club Meeting Room, situated on the east side of the stadium and directly overlooking the construction of the South Capitol Street Bridge. Presentations will be followed by appetizers and beverages for social hour. PDH credit(s) will be available.

Payment will be taken electronically only (through Paypal portal).

• ATCS - Streetlight and Data Dashboards in Support of Assessing Bike, Pedestrian, and Transit Trips

6:30 PM – 8:00 PM - Social Hour/Networking (with appetizers and beverages)

8:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Soccer Game (DC United vs Columbus Crew)

COVID-19 GUIDELINES, REGULATIONS, AND AUDI FIELD POLICY

This event will be following the DC CDC guidelines and regulations as well as Audi Field's Stadium Policy for COVID-19. Audi Field has updated their stadium mask policy with the latest guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and DC Health.

• Mask Policy: The Audi Field mask policy continues to be aligned with the guidelines per the Mayor’s Office. Per the latest Health Guidelines issued by the Mayor’s Office as of March 1, 2022, masks are no longer required to be worn while indoors at entertainment venues, this includes Audi Field. We encourage those who feel more comfortable wearing a mask to continue to do so.
• Stay-at-home: Attendees agree they will not attend this event (technical session and/or match) if any one or more of the following are true on the day of the Audi Field Meeting:
  •  Within the 5 days prior to the Event, Attendee has (or any person in Attendee’s Company or with whom the Attendee has had close contact has) tested positive for, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for, COVID-19. If Attendee has tested positive, Attendee’s symptoms must be improving, and they must not have had a fever within 24 hours of the day of the Event;
  • Within the 48 hours prior to the Event, Attendee has (or any person in Attendee’s Company or with whom the Attendee has close contact has) experienced symptoms of COVID-19 as identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention;
  • Within the 14 days prior to the Event, Attendee has (or any person in Attendee’s Company or with whom the Attendee has had close contact has) traveled to any state or international territory identified by federal or applicable local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.

• Full Registration (EARLY BIRD, before 6/17/2022): $55
• Full Registration (on/after 6/17/2022): $65
• Game Ticket Only: $40 ($45 on/after 6/17/2022)

BACKPACK AND BAG NOTICE:

Based on previous year's experience, it is strongly encouraged to not bring backpacks or bags when attending the technical session or match. If you must bring a bag to the stadium we ask that you follow the Audi Field Bag Policy as this is a strict policy and bags larger than the 14-in by 14-in by 6-in dimension will not be allowed.

By registering to this event, you agree that your image, video, and voice recording may be used at any time, without further notification, for printed materials, websites, social media, live-streaming, webcasts and other marketing and educational purposes.

TRANSPORTATION:

 Audi Field is within walking distance of the METRO BUS (METRO Green Line at either Waterfront or Navy Yard/Ballpark stations.

Parking is available, but limited near the stadium and should consult DC United's Transportation Guide for nearby lots/garages in the Navy Yard area.

ENTRY TO THE STADIUM

Attendees should enter the stadium via the "PREMIUM ENTRY" gate. This entrance is located on the east side of the stadium, just below and to the left of the large, open car display and ticketmaster box office/Gate A (see below).
