Introduction to the Business Model Canvas

Join us to learn how the Business Model Canvas can help you get your business started, refine your strategy, or improve your operations.  The Business Model Canvas was developed as part of the lean startup process and it is a template for developing new or documenting existing business models.

During this workshop-oriented seminar, we will explore the value proposition for your business and examine key activities and resources.  We will take a deep dive into understanding your customers' mindset and biggest challenges to determine how your business can deliver exactly your customers are seeking. Finally, we will help you understand how the various elements of your business (suppliers, partners, cost structure, key resources, etc.) can work together to improve your business.
