Advanced Internet Marketing Spring 2020
Making sure your customers can find you on the Internet is one of the key challenges for small business. This seminar delves into SEO optimization (the art of getting higher rankings on Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.), building links with online public relations, increasing exposure through social media, options for advertising on the Internet, blogging strategies, and e-newsletter best practices. Students are encouraged to bring their laptop and logins for their social media accounts so they can follow along and ask questions in class. Best for those in business who already have an understanding of internet marketing.
Instructor: Sarah Benoit is an internet marketing strategist and educator dedicated to making the fields of website design, SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising, accessible and understandable to small business owners and marketing professionals. She has worked in the Internet marketing field since 2003 and began teaching and presenting on related topics in 2006. Sarah provides timely, relevant, and engaging classes and seminars designed to help both advanced and beginner students, expand thier skills and gain a better understanding of the role web sites and the internet play in business promotions, networking, and marketing. She has presented to groups large and small, locally and nationally on a wide variety of digital marketing topics.
