Green Building Economics & Valuation 

With energy costs rising, commercial real estate property managers, brokers, owners, and developers need to understand green building economics.

In this half-day interactive course, real estate professionals will learn the fundamentals of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability-- and how to identify and value opportunities that increase net operating income and return on assets.
