CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees apply whether or not payment has been processed.
If you have to cancel a course, the following cancelation fees will be applied
$2.00 fee for cancelation up to 15 days prior to course date.
$5.00 fee for cancelation within 14 days of course date.
50% of the course cost for cancelation of any courses taught by a third party instructor.
100% of course cost if you fail to show up without canceling.
Transfers/exchanges without incurrence of a fee
You may exchange an attendee for another.
You may transfer into a like course of equal or lesser value within 12 months of course date. With the exception of any courses taught by a third party instructor.
Dress code: Professional business attire- see current SERVPRO uniform policy.
SERVPRO CE Instructor Certification Workshop

CE Instructor Certification Workshop (2 Day):
The two-day CE Instructor Certification Seminar is for the serious and seasoned SMR’s only. Successful completion of the seminar and approval from the Instructor will allow an SMR to teach all the Servpro Continuing Education courses for the State of California Insurance and Real Estate Licensing Boards. This course is designed to educate and prepare SMR’s to conduct successful CE courses. Day one will cover the basics of holding and instructing a CE course include regulations, paperwork, and speaking skills. On day two, each student will give a 40-45 minute pre-prepared presentation using an existing power point for a currently offered CE course. Presentations will be videotaped for analysis. Each presentation will be peer and instructor reviewed. The review will look for professionalism, accuracy, thoroughness, and presentation style. Attending this course DOES NOT guarantee approval to teach CE Courses. The instructor must be satisfied that the SMR will be a good representative of the Servpro brand and they must demonstrate appropriate knowledge and speaking skills. As such, each individual will meet with the instructor one-on-one on day two to discuss whether or not they are going to be certified and why. Remember, we’re trying to put our BEST people out there – this class isn’t for everyone.
