The Behavioral Health community remains at the center of significant change in the healthcare landscape. MADC remains committed to its mission of ensuring Equity and Excellence for all those seeking treatment. One way we work to add value to the treatment and behavioral healthcare community, is through convening engaging and entertaining Education Forums. Our Forums consistently gain high marks from a diverse group of attendees.
Please join us for the upcoming Forum, Accelerating Innovation in Behavioral Health at 10:00am on Wednesday, November 15 at The Conference Center at Sheppard Pratt.
The Accelerating Innovation in Behavioral Health Education Forum will provide important breakthroughs and valuable information on the latest innovations and knowledge about evidence-based methods that deliver results. Essential to the future, attendees will discover concrete ideas for running their business practices more efficiently and effectively and finding new ways to work together as they develop new relationships.
The purpose of the Forum is two-fold: learn to leverage outcome measures and gain a critical market share.
Presenters will explore outcome measures from the perspective of patients, providers and payors. Using new ways of thinking about future measures and improving patient care to assure SUD is truly integrated into physical health, not only in the provision of services, will be an essential part of the conversation. We will also explore innovative practices that will dramatically impact financing and the evaluation of services.
The afternoon portion of the program will be dedicated to readiness activities, the required competencies and successful strategies for:
Topics will include conducting an environmental/market scan, targeting partners, creating and presenting the value proposition, advancing mission, and closing the deal.
Participants will also have the opportunity to learn more about the role of an intermediary in potential merger and acquisition scenarios.
We are confident every participant will walk away better prepared to thrive in this fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
