CSNO 71st Annual Conference -- A Virtual Event! | Sponsorship Registration

We’re living in a virtual world and, to a degree at least, we are all virtual individuals at this point. Our 2021 conference, of course, will be no different! Though we look forward to seeing many of you in person again in 2022, we look forward to having many of you sponsor us virtually this year!

The 2021 VIRTUAL Conference will provide all the things our attendees love about the CSNO Conference including opportunities to connect with others in our field, timely educational content and high-impact sessions. Not to mention social distancing at its best! Until we are able to meet face to face again, we plan to take advantage of the benefits that go along with going virtual and hope you will as well.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be emailed to sboswell@meetingwise.net and are not valid unless you receive a return confirmation that your email has been received. Cancellation by January 8, 2021 will receive a minimum 50% refund; no refund will be given on or after January 9, 2021. Applications for sponsorships are subject to approval by conference management and must include a description of your products/services. If the application is not approved, payment will be returned in full. 

Refund Policy:  Cancellation by January 8, 2021 will receive a 50% refund. In the event you registered by check and haven’t yet paid, you will be billed and held responsible for full payment even if you cannot attend. For cancellations on paid registrations made on or before January 8, 2021, all refunds will be made within 15 business days after the summit has taken place. No refunds will be issued on cancellations made on or after January 9, 2021.

Forms of Payment: Check or Credit Card; Paying by credit card fully completes your registration and avoids delays in payment processing as well as the risk of checks being lost in the mail. As a reminder, your full payment must made within two weeks of registration.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Q: When is the deadline for sponsorship commitments? A:All commitments must be submitted by or before Friday, January 15th. Keep in mind, however, sponsorships at the upper levels could sell out at any time.


Q: How do I register my representatives? A: Once registered and within two weeks after, you will receive instructions on how to register your representatives for the Conference.
Q: In what format(s) may I submit our company logo? A: Images must be jpeg or png, high resolution (a minimum of 300 dpi) and transparent if appropriate.
Q: May we attend all aspects of the Conference. A: Once registered, your representatives will be able to and are encouraged to fully participate in the Conference. However, this does not extend to the pre-conference sessions. The only sponsors allowed in pre-conference sessions are those presenting the sessions themselves.
Q: What do you need from me in order for all of my sponsorship benefits to be addressed? A: We will be in touch with details within approximately two weeks after your registration with those details and deadlines. If you have questions in the meantime or don’t receive that email from us, please email sboswell@meetingwise.net.
Q: What is the deadline to turn in deliverable for my sponsorship benefits? A: All deliverables must be turned in by Friday, January 22, 2021.

Q: What is a Banner Ad and what are the specifications? A: Banners are used to highlight sponsors and showcase your company/organization. Banners can be externally linked to your preferred website. Your Banner Ad will need to be submitted in two sizes:

  • 640 x 150 pixels in PNG, JPEG or GIF format
  • 552 X 150 pixels in PNG, JPEG or GIF format

Q: What is a Digital Ad and what are the specifications? A: Digital Ads will be included in a rolling PowerPoint presentation that will be run prior to the Summit Session for all Summit attendees. Finished Digital Ads should be submitted as a high-resolution, widescreen (16:9) PowerPoint slide.
Q: What is the "Special Conference Mailing"? A: An envelope will be mailed to conference attendees 7 to 10 days preconference including an at a glance agenda, conference giveaways, game cards/tickets, sponsor inserts (top 2 levels) and more. "Special Conference Mailing" inserts may be a flyer / brochure or promotional item but must be pre-approved by the Summit planning team to ensure it is within size/weight limits for the mailing. Quantity will be advised a minimum of 30 days pre-conference. Your item must reach mailing house (shipping address TBD) a minimum of 14 days pre-conference.
