Featuring Dr. Brian Kleiner

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a graduate student in the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics? The Mihaylo In-Class Experience will give you the opportunity to sit in on a current course to familiarize yourself with the class structure and course content, while having the opportunity to meet with an esteemed faculty member as well as current students in the program.

Course: MGMT 524 Seminar in Organizational Behavior and Administration

Course Description: Human behavior in organizations, studies in organizational theories and administrative action.

Professor: Dr. Brian Kleiner is a professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, of California State University, Fullerton. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA, both from UCLA. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, General Management from Drexel University.

Dr. Kleiner has been teaching at CSUF for over 30 years, as well as teaching at other universities and working in many fields of business. He has had numerous research articles published. He also has presented his research at various conferences and companies
