  WOMEN TALK is an evening gathering where women present and share their inspiring stories, thoughts, ideas and experiences. You’ll laugh, you’ll learn and you’ll be entertained by amazing WOMEN TALKers! The evening will be fast-paced with each presenter speaking for 15-20 minutes, TED TALK style.  We are ordinary women, sharing extraordinary stories! Everyone's uniqueness is celebrated. It is a beautiful harmonious place where you can feel the unconditional love of the Divine Feminine. 

Women Talk is a growing phenomenon that is expanding across Canada! 

Our Women Talk Monthly Events consist of:

Confidence is Beautiful

 

Maxine is a wife , mother, multi-published full figured model from Sherwood Park AB . When her daughter was born she saw beauty evolving so she decided to become part of that evolution, for herself and for her family . Now she recently got back from a photoshoot in Toronto after she became the latest face of Mary KAY Cosmetics global campaign, The BEAUTY that Counts. She was also recently the subject for a documentary entitled, Voluptuous Beauty which was just debuted at WITFA'S International Women's Day Expo 2017. She is scheduled to tour with the Doc to to various schools and youth organizations throughout Alberta as a body positive Embassador to promote Anti Bullying and Self Acceptance.

Imperpection is Not your Reflection


Heather Colberg is a home grown Alberta girl has been happily married for 31 years to Kelly and they have 3 children. The oldest son is a Dr of Optometry, her second son has an economics degree and is now at Vancouver Film School and her daughter is presently at Mount Royal taking her business degree, hoping to pursue Law. For over 45 years, Heather lived and breathed the transportation industry, her parents started Hi-Way 9 Express with one truck in 1969 and grew it into the largest privately owned transportation company in Alberta until the time of sale in 2011. Heather also owned a blind & drapery company called 'Made in the Shade Blinds' and grew that company across South Central Alberta.  Most of her life she has also spent volunteering in one facet or another, and was instrumental in organizing the one night blitz for the Salvation Army food drive in November 2015 and that has continued going for over 10 years as well as the Stuff the Bus in August to get our less fortunate children ready for school. She was honoured to be recognized as Citizen of the year in 2010. And has presently thrown her hat in the ring to run for Mayor of Drumheller, AB.
Heather says she is grateful for all the wonderful things she has been blessed with in her life and her goal is just to make a difference every day.
