WOMEN TALK is an evening gathering where women present and share their inspiring stories, thoughts, ideas and experiences. You’ll laugh, you’ll learn and you’ll be entertained by amazing WOMEN TALKers! The evening will be fast-paced with each presenter speaking for 15-20 minutes, TED TALK style. We are ordinary women, sharing extraordinary stories! Everyone's uniqueness is celebrated. It is a beautiful harmonious place where you can feel the unconditional love of the Divine Feminine.
Women Talk is a growing phenomenon that is expanding across Canada!
Our Women Talk Monthly Events consist of:
- 2 TALKers; each sharing a 15-20 minute TALK.
- TALK of the month with our founder
- Inspiritional TALK from a Board MemberInspiritional
- TALK from our sponsor
- Followed by “girl time”
- Food and drinks can be purchased from the menu
- Your evening is woven together with a splash of humour, and inspiration thanks to our MC, Colette Smithers.

Rosetta has dedicated well over 20 years of her life to working with young children. She strongly believes in play based learning that celebrates children’s individual strengths, and that they come hard-wired to learn what they need to be successful. She believes that each of us have our own path to live and as much as others may want to, they can not live it for us. We all have unique gifts to bring to the table and it is through embracing our individuality that we can do the greatest good. She has spent some time lost, depressed and at times angry at others for the what she saw as a world of missed opportunities and stolen abundance. In her darkest moments she looked within and found the resources needed to begin to live her life with clarity and purpose.
Rosetta is a firm believer in that our lives are a reflection and a result of the choices we have made. That every day life happens and sometimes the stuff that happens is good and sometimes not so much but how we react to this “stuff” is what defines us. Any life can be transformed one choice, one action one thought at a time. The greatest choice we can make is to get out of our own way.

Laurie Annwas born in Manic-5, small village of 200 families where her Father built one of the biggest Hydro dam's, then another 10 years in James-Bay where my Dad built more hydro dam's. She lived in Quebec for 45 years before moving to Medicine Hat in 2008. Now she is the proud owner of 'Laurie Ann's Fashion Boutique' for the past 6 years. Lauie Ann enjoys nature, gardening, animals and her favoritepast-time is fishing, Summer or Winter..... give me a fishing rod and I'll catch you a fish. Laurie is simply a tiny girl with a huge heart who loves to make people smile.
