Please join us in beautiful Bend, Oregon for the AHG's 24th Annual National Symposium, Friday November 8 to Sunday November 10th, featuring over 45 presentations by clinical herbalists, plant walks, an expanded vendor marketplace, delicious meals and a chance to be part of our growing herbal community.

The setting for the symposium is the Riverhouse. Nestled along the Deschutes River near downtown Bend, Oregon, The Riverhouse is just 15 minutes from Redmond Airport, and short jaunt to the snow covered peaks of the Cascade Mountains and the inspiring high-desert plateaus of Central Oregon. Information about lodging rates and accommodation options is available below.

In addition to the three day symposium, we are also offering pre-conference intensive sessions that give you the opportunity to get in-depth information from Paul Bergner, Margi Flint, and Eric Yarnell on a range of complex clinical topics on Thursday, November 7 as well as a post-Symposium online series with Jillian Stansbury.

In addition, we are delighted to offer an in-depth pre-conference opportunity to work with a number of industry experts devoted to better understanding and bringing your small herbal business into compliance with regulations including GMP's.

We are pleased to announce that our keynote speaker is Kevin Spelman, a respected scientist, clinician, educator, herbalist and writer.  Kevin has practiced western phytotherapy, informed by the Ayurvedic system, western herbalism and modern physiology, since 1989 and was a cofounder of the first Masters of Science degree in clinical herbal medicine, as well as a founding faculty member of the first Bachelors of Science degree in botanical medicine in the U.S.
